Basically, after looking in the mirror, I'm motivated to getting away from a flat chest, decent abs, and small arms. I'm about 155, and 6'2 but I'm minorly disabled on my right side; I have Cerebral Palsy and I can only make minor movements with my right arm and hand. I was wondering if there is any techniques/methods I could use to get a good chest, good abs, and good arm(s) mainly using my left arm. I do have access to a new wellness center at my school with freeweights, machines, and practically everything else.
