Sport minor diet details

Sport Fitness
so i have been going to the gym for like 3 months(just a bit of background)
and in that time i have increased by like 5-6kg

my diet includes breakfast which is always the same
2 hand fulls of chocolate weetabix or chocolate fitness and nutrition

i wont post my lunch meals becuase i`d end up writting a long list.

my supper usualy includes mybe 2 scrambled eggs with ketchup and in bread. the most common thing. soemtimes it might even be pasta or some noodles

also i take weight gainer with (300ml)milk, 2 scoops with a liquidised banana in the lunch area(usualy a bit after) then later on the in day i take 1 scoop, same amount of milk and a yoghurt mixed in with it.

i eat an apple a day, time of consumption varies, however i will start to eat it between morning and up till 4

so what else should i be eating, like between breakfast and lunch take 2 jam sandwiches, etc.. these tiny details. can you help me out?

I presume your bulking. So some nuts would be a good idea, yoghurt, fruit etc...

yes i am bulking.

well considering i hardly add the ketchup i doubt its a problem.

(weightgainer)this one was the best quality they had in the shop.
with my weight gainer i get roughly 70g protein. without adding my food.

yes i was starting to take nuts, but i have to get used to them, IE the more i eaten the less i`ll forget to include them in my meals snacks etc..

this is weetabix, remember! but i agree, i think i could add something to make it much more healthy, like a fruit or something.

as for bread, it is white, but its one of those hovis type things. white with all the goodness of brown. i dotn want to eat just brown becuase then the diet becomes one of those things u can only keep up for a short while, so i want to have both,

anyways i personaly want to increase protein intake, i dont want to get it from eggs and meat, any fruits or vegies reach in those things?
