i sit all day in an office and am slowly feeling my tummy growing. to feel like less of a blob, i've been running in place for 10m. immediately, i felt muscles in my abdomen and sides ache, a good pain considering that's where the fat has been accumulating.
if i do this 1-2 times a day, will this really make any impact as far as keeping the fat to a minumum there? at least the muscles are aching, so it must be doing something right? i just want to get rid of my growing gut!
