Is rebounding on a mini trampline low impact or high impact?
It is pushed by several fittness gurus, but I have also heard that it is bad on the ankle and knees.
I think it may have caused me to have tarsel tunnel syndrom and I have heard it may cause heel spurs or plantar facitis.
