Sport Milk!

Sport Fitness
One quick question for the fitness people of the world :)

I'm trying to lose fat to get it to about 9% (currently about 15%), and I want to gain lean weight to 70kg (currently 64kg at 184cm). I'm fifteen btw.

So, as I'm still growing I need calcium. Over the week I eat on average about 3 cups of yoghurt with some cheese in sandwiches. That's it for dairy products. So I'm wondering, how will drinking additional 3-4 cups of milk a week affect my weight and BF?

All help appreciated.

If my calculations are correct, that makes you 6 ft tall, 140 lbs. If that's right, you're probably a twig and you need to gain a lot of weight, and you're young, so just eat. Drink your extra milk and don't worry about it. Have fun and enjoy.

Well your initial statement contradicts itself.

"I'm trying to lose fat to get it to about 9%, and I want to gain lean weight to 70kg."

Good luck losing fat (on a calorie deficit) while gaining muscle (on a calorie surplus). This really cannot be done. You need to choose one or the other.

My guess is your daily food choices are crap and need to be cleaned up significantly. Then pickup some heavy weights, often.
