Sport Milk?

hey, im 17 right now, and im kind of short, im around 5'4'' i was wondering if i drink mile say 2-3 cups aday, will it help me grow? also wut other foods should i eat, and lastly when do guys stop growing? around 20?
 
Im 15 and your height, but thats not bad. When people say drink milk, its because of the calcium, that will help your bones develop better, but try and drink 1% milk, so much better for you. Basically to grow, you need calories, so just eat and get the right vitamins and growth will come eventually.

But, unless you have small parents, theres not much you can do :(
 
It iis because of the calcium. Your bones dont even "set" properly until you reach 25! ..But calcium needs vitamin D to absorb and be any good to you. There are milks on the market that have proportionate quantities of vitamin D included. If you're trying to get good dense bone though, remember that vitamin C also plays a big part in not only thaat, but in building strength in your muscles. When you lift, it's the vitamin C that bonds with the calcium to cause the contraction in the muscle that allows you to do it. When you bare weight, or put weight on your bones and joints, they become strong.
