Weight-Loss milk

Weight-Loss
I have been drinking skim milk for years ,today I noticed that it was high in sugar..I think it had 12 grams per 8 oz.

Is it better for me to drink the regular milk with the fat or drink the skim milk with the sugar.
This confuses me.

Im not even sure I could choke down the regular milk.

Why do you feel threatened by sugar?

Skim milk is better for you.

Truthfully, lots of things [like fruit] contain sugar.

But eat it/drink it in moderation and you'll be okay. I'd rather have sugar then direct fat. But that's just me. Granted I don't drink much milk.

Ummm, lactose is a natural sugar. Is that what it's talking about?

It's the added sugars you have to watch out for.

But aren't we supposed to have "good healthy fats"? and isn't milk a good healthy fat?, I mean our brain does need to live off of "healthy fats" in order for it to function. I drink alot of milk and maybe it's better that I drink slim, but I prefer 2%, and for me why not, I don't get alot of other "healthy fats" any place else.:leaving:

Milk isn't really a source of what you'd typically call healthy fats. Good fats are typically your mono and polyunsaturated fats.

But that doesn't mean you have to stop drinking your 2% milk.

Yes. :headnoddingemo: :willy_nilly:
