Sport Milk, BAD?

Sport Fitness
Please tell me if i'm wrong, but when you pasteurize milk, does it not remove the phosphate allowing the calcium not being able to be absorbed in your body. Thus, leading to leaky gut syndrome, calcium deposites in your heart and bone joints, and plaque in your arteries. Furthermore, isen't it true that the pasteurization of milk eliminates all the essential fats and suggars that we thrived off of in the early years of our life.
I, personally, don't feel the pasteurization of milk was necessary becasue California has sold 40 million servings of raw milk from 1998 and there has been no reported illnesses. also, since California has begun selling pasteurized milk, there has been 20 recalls to it.
I want some feed back on what yall believe, please!:)

I agree, most of the "good stuff" gets taken out with pasteurization. However, I don't think cow's milk is good for you even unpasteurized. There are some studies that show that milk causes heart disease and that the protein in milk sticks to arteries. Milk also has a lot of bacteria in it and pus and blood so it can contribute to intestinal problems. The government however, recommends us to drink milk (and even advertizes for the milk industry), probably because of how milk is subsidized - not exactly sure how but I know they agree to buy a set amount of milk at a fixed price. As for me, I drink pasteurized organic free-range fat-free milk on occasion for taste and not health reason. I am also going to keep the milk for cereal and other foods (cheese if I ever allow myself to eat it again!). Still going to drink it, just not under the guise that it is good for you. It probably isn't as bad as soda.
