Just looking for a military-styled workout and something that will help make PT a little bit easier. I'm currently in the Canadian Forces (Army Reserve) and am in some what decent shape already, just looking for something to do on my own time. I found one and maybe if somebody can give some advice or suggest another one. I want to add in some weight training instead of the standard bodyweight stuff done in the military.
Here's what I had in mind (was found on the internet):
Pullups - max reps till failure
Dips - max reps till failure
Situps - max in 2:00 minutes
Bench Press - 50% max reps
Pushups - max in 1 min
Pulldowns - 50% bodyweight max reps
Situps - max in 2:00 mins
Military press - max reps (dumbbells 10-20lbs)
Bicep curls - max reps (10-30 lbs)
Tricep extensions - max reps (10-20 lbs)
Situps - max in 2 mins
20-30 mins of cardio of choice
