Couldn't come up with an alliterative or pun-rich one for the title, so how about the MIA acronym since you'll be missing in action whilst out running/rowing/biking/hiking/pogoing/something. Same as MMM, set a goal, attempt to achieve said goal, feel good about your attempt. I'll be rowing again, target of 115 miles for the month of April, a bit more than March, and there's one less day.

Weekly:
Tue, Apr 07: 27 mile
Tue, Apr 14: 55 mile
Tue, Apr 21: 83 mile
Tue, Apr 28: 112 mile
Thu, Apr 30: 115 mile

My goal for April is to do something active every day. If I can't do Taebo for whatever reason, I'm going to try like hell to walk instead. If I know walking will be out for the day (like Thursday's since I get home late from work), I'm going to try like hell to get Taebo done in the morning. On really ambitious days which is my ultimate goal, I'll be doing both. Can I still do this challenge? There's no real way to gauge miles in doing Taebo.
 
As with the weight loss, I am trying to start setting realistic goals, so my goal is 40 miles in April, that's at least 10 miles a week. This will be done in conjunction with my morning exercise goals, so hopefully I will attain my goals this month.
April 8:10 miles
April 15:20 miles
April 22: 30 miles
April 29: 40 miles.

Hopefully this will not cause to much stress on my body. I really need an injury free month guys.
 
This was a tough week. Not sure if I can catch up for the rest of the month, maybe need to tweak my goals. Anyway, here's where I stand as of Weds:

Tue, Apr 07: 27 mile Actual = 26.4
Tue, Apr 14: 55 mile
Tue, Apr 21: 83 mile
Tue, Apr 28: 112 mile
Thu, Apr 30: 115 mile
 
I thought roughly 2 Miles a night was a lot...I see I need to up my game lol
