Couldn't come up with an alliterative or pun-rich one for the title, so how about the MIA acronym since you'll be missing in action whilst out running/rowing/biking/hiking/pogoing/something. Same as MMM, set a goal, attempt to achieve said goal, feel good about your attempt. I'll be rowing again, target of 115 miles for the month of April, a bit more than March, and there's one less day.
