i was gonna start a diary tomorrow but i guess i should remind myself how i did today :mad:

exercise---------
2sets of 31 40lb reps

Food------------
1 can of overstuffed raviolie
2 polish sausage on hotdog buns
3 cans of pepsi
3 bags of chips(the small vender kind)
2 egg whites
2 bottles of aquafina water
3 cups of water

at least i weigh the same as yesterday...miracle//downloaded tae bo cardio 2004 video
