Sport midsection diet?

Sport Fitness
I tend to store a lot of fat in my midsection. (MAINLY my stomach stomach. But also my hips, upper thighs, and even my crotch! :( ) I'm wondering about which foods I should make sure to get enough of and which I should try to eat little of (or avoid) in order to help slim this area down. I really need to lower my BF % some way. It seems like exercising isn't helping me with that for some reason, so I guess that I should try to change up my diet some. I'm so tired of not being able to see the results from my ab exercises because of this layer of fat that covers my stomach. And yes, I do do a lot of cardio, but it seems like just that alone isn't doing much for my midsection.
I'm currently around 5'7 1/2- 5'8 and I weigh 127 lbs. Even though it may sound like I'm at a good weight, I still have lots of stubborn fat that won't seem to budge for me.

Any suggestions?

What is your body fat %? To lose body fat you absolutely must make a lifestyle change that includes the following:

1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.

2) Drink a cup of water at each meal.

3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.

4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.

5) Strength Training. Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method. If you need more guidance or exercise ideas you can head over

Skipping one of these, or half-a$$'ing it- is not going to cut it when you only have that stubborn fat remaining.
