I am 49 years old, going thru alot of changes in my life, (the woman thing) and have gained so much weight it is unbelieveable. I have talked to dr's and all i get is the same old thing. NOTHING I have purchased a total gym 1000 and hopefully that will help. I am 5' 1" and weight 174 lb. I was at 130 then my whole body went crazy. Took me 2 years to get the dr's to do anything about that. But I am finally feeling the best I have ever felt. Now I just need to loose the weight. I am starting out slow, cause I do have neck problems. Tonight I did 5 sets of each excercise. Is that to low? I really don't eat alot, maybe not the best in the world but I do know I do not get enough excercise. I have alot of paperwork I do. Then in summer I am on the road. Wild and crazy life.
I find this forum very nice to read and see what all new things are out there. I am up for suggestions.
