I'm finally doing a diary as I have a few minutes free here at work... ssshhhh.

Yesterday I ate well...

Morning - 1/2 bagel with low fat peanut butter

Snack - 1/2 c cottage cheese

Lunch - 1 c. cottage cheese
1 orange

Dinner - 1 Chicken breast
1 bowl of green salad, with tomatoes, cucumber and g/onion w/ 1/2 teaspoon of thousand island dressing

Lots of water at least 10 glasses, 1 c. skim milk and a glass of diet sprite.


Today,

Breakfast - 1/2 bagel with low fat pb

Snack - orange

Lunch - 1 bowl of salad w 1/2 teaspoon of thousand island dressing

have already had 4 glasses of water and 1 cup of green tea

Dinner - going to White Spot as it's my brothers b-day I will order the chargrilled Chicken burger w/salad = 413 calories and 7.5 g fat.

Good thing i don't like cake.

I'm determined to lose the 12 lbs by my birthday, my mom said I need to lose more weight yesterday! That really bothered me, like I don't know it.
blech. Whatever...

Thanks! It was good, I had the chargrilled chicken burger and salad with raspberry vinagrette, it was soooo good!!!!!!!

Just got home from the dinner and after dinner we went to look at the Christmas lights, it was beautiful.

Christina - Exercise I usually ride my stationary bike but I haven't been able to this week... but... I have been walking lots with the kids, I haven't put that in but I should be it's exercise! Thanks for pointing that out!

Thanks Redneckwoman! It took me long enough didn't it LOL, i'm a tad slow! So you got a camera phone for your birthday!!! NICE!

Today so far... it's only 9:12am here

Breakfast

Green Tea


Lunch...

Grilled Chicken Burger no sauce, just lettuce, pickles, tomatoes
small diet coke

I've had 3 glasses of water so far...

Dinner...
hmmm not to sure.

Last night I walked for 20 minutes.
 
Well this weekend hasnt been so great for me...

Friday night, a Christmas party... I did well on food, didn't eat much at all, but I did have 3 beers... yikes

Saturday
breakfast
1/2 bagel with low fat pb
water

Lunch
tomato soup
water

Snack -
It was my daughters birthday party I had no cake, but I ate about 10 doritos

Dinner -
2 pieces of hawaiin pizza
water
 
Hey Michelle just checkin in on you. your food looks great as usual. I wouldnt worry about the 3 beers trust me I did so much worse...LOL. Anyways looking good. I hope you have a great Monday!!!

I wasn't overly worried about the 3 beer then I looked it up and 251 calories per beer!!! I was like OMG! 753 calories on beer! But they tasted sooo good! LOL. It's so hard at Christmas with all the parties going on!
 
Sunday

Breakfast -

Cranberry Juice

Lunch -
Water
1 hot dog (at Mike's work Christmas party for the kids)

Dinner -
Salmon with lemon, dill and garlic
1 Cup of cooked carrots
1 Baked Potato
3 Glasses of water
 
Thanks rosered! I'm trying! This morning I was bad though... I was so hungry and after getting the kids ready for school and me for work, I stopped at Burger King and got an Egg and Cheese Croissoinwich with an iced tea! Oh my goodness what was I thinking...

So...

Breakfast
Egg & Cheese Croissoinwich - 300 calories YIKERS
Iced Tea

Snack
Water
Green Tea

Lunch
Broccoli and cheese Soup
Orange
Water

Water, Water

Dinner -

I don't know yet! something healthy! I think i'll make Greek Salad

Exercise is out the window right now, I put my back out terribly on Sunday and have had nothing but pain for the last 2 days I can barely walk!!!
Hopefully this fixes ASAP!!!
