Nevertheless, I like the way Pollan keeps it simple. I think as long as you know the source of the meat you eat, it's grass-fed and you don't eat too much, it's ok. It goes without saying that you have to follow different rules when you're sick (e.g. cancer, diabetes, arthritis and so on).
