Methods of Getting a Six Pack

I'm trying to get a six pack, ive been doing abs pretty much everyday i lift. This past week i just started doing cardio, and im actually starting to like it. My goals are to obviously get the six pack along with cutting body fat from my overall body. i seem to have a bigger problem losing the bf from my upper body. i am about 6'3 at about 188 pounds. i work out at most 5 times a week, depending on my school and work schedule. i keep a pretty vigorus workout routine, but i still dont see the results that i want when it comes to my abs. like i said i just started cardio this week, and im going to stick with it this time. one other thing is i want to get huge biceps and shoulders, along with forarms...so basically everything...haha, anyways...my bicepts have size but i want them to be more "defined", any suggestions on all of that? first and formost i need help with losing the body fat, thats my first goal!!! So please help! its much appreciated!

Although this has been explained time and again in these forums, I will repeat it here:
You cannot gain any significant amount of muscle during a period of shedding bodyfat. You can basically either lose bodyfat and maintain muscle size or you can add muscle size (and inevitably some bodyfat). If I were you, I would only focus on shedding bodyfat if I had a bodyfat percentage of 12 or higher. Otherwise, I would focus on adding muscle, which would require you to bulk up and, as I've already mentioned, add some bodyfat. If you follow this course, reduce the amount of cardio you're doing (or stop altogether for now) and focus on cutting bodyfat after you've made some gains in size.

Thanks alot....im a new member, sorry i hadnt read all the questions on the forum yet, my apologies....thanks for the help though.
