how would a intense ninety minute soccer practice value into your basal metabolic rates also how would one HIIT session of about 20 minutes factor in meaning waht level of activity do u think they are equivalent too.

o and if you have different levels of excersise on diferent days do you need to eat diferently on those days ?

It is hard to say as of what it would do to your metabolic rate it, as far as what I've read it would boost your metabolism for a few hours after you're done working out.

As for the food on days you do more intense stuff you would probably need more carbs to help keep you're energy levels up
