As I sometimes do when bored at work I looked at Met-Rx (up to th M's in the online fitness store).
How can they try and pass this stuff off as good for you and as a sports supplement? I know as soon as I see partially hydrogenated on the label I say no to the product straight away, multiple types too, Coconut, Soybaen and Cotton Seed. Doesn't sound like something I want.
