Sport Met-RX

Sport Fitness
As I sometimes do when bored at work I looked at Met-Rx (up to th M's in the online fitness store).

How can they try and pass this stuff off as good for you and as a sports supplement? I know as soon as I see partially hydrogenated on the label I say no to the product straight away, multiple types too, Coconut, Soybaen and Cotton Seed. Doesn't sound like something I want.

Of course, most of their stuff has the oh so yummy aspartame.

the ON whey cookies and creme too

Ingredients: Protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and whey peptides), natural & artificial flavor, cookie crumbs (enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], sugar, palm and palm kernel oil, cocoa processed with alkali, high fructose corn syrup, corn flour, salt, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, soya lecithin), gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), lecithin, salt, acesulfame potassium, sucralose.
