hi. i will try to make this quick. after i had my second son. i was 170 lbs. i lost weight through running and watching my diet. my diet became extreme--borderline anorexic. weighed 109. eventually i started binging. gained back weight. then lost it again through diet--which again became extreme--lost menstrual period, etc. started binging again. now for the past 2 + years, i have been trying to lose weight (a while ago i was exercising excessively, but i have broken that habit) in a healthy manner and continue to exercise. my weight does not budge. it is stuck at 137. if i exercise a lot or stop for a month--the weight stays the same. anyone identify, any recomendations?
