I plan all of mine and my families dinners and lunches in advance.
I design mine around the lean meats and fish I buy in bulk. I have many different salads that I invent and rotate with the meals, same for lunches. Then I just add, beans, brown rice, soups and home made dips as needed.
All you need to do is search and collect all your favorite healthy recipes and start rotating them week by week, and try new things in between.
