OK I am back after a long hiatis. haven't really worked out since July.
But I ahve beent hrown ont he night tour, and I am taking this oppurtunity to get in shape, while getting paid for my time
they don't mind if I jump to our Gym in the basement for a hour while the others look at the back of their Eyelids.
So I am on day four as I write this.
Back ont he "NROL" routine, and eating better.
I am adding No "standard" cardio, since I am a soccer coach for TWO teams, I keep busy witht he kids running around and teaching, often breaking a sweat, I also go for walks with My wife trying to get her more active, she is following the NROL for women as well.
But I figured I would start my Journal all over again...
