Ok, I know it is sad, but I am back, I fell off the wagon people, I had a couple of Nagging injuries which just compounded into me taking a long break of a few months.
My diet went downt he dumper once I started the Overnight shift. (12 midnight to 8AM)
Which leaves me constantly tired, cranky and my stomach in ruins. I feel like it is constantly bothering me, that it's always "acidic"
My sleep pattern is horrible, sometimes I sleep from 9AM until 12 noon with waking up every hour usually I sleep from 9AM until 2PM which is 5 hours normally now.
I coach 2 of my children's soccer team, so I remained active that way, BUT also puts me in a rush and I gone down the evil path of fast food quick meals instead of cooking for myself....because I am to tired and Cranky to do it.
Anyway, I decided to force my self back into my routine try and get back what I had worked so hard for, to only whipe it out in 2-3 month period .
So here I am back, working out to the NROL...But struggling to keep my diet healthy, I find I am eating way to many carbs and not enough protein, which is easy to do when the late night hours are a carb world. I need to adjust and bring stuff from home.
So here I am back posting on the forum and back to getting in shape.
