mega man multivitamins

I went to GNC the other day looking for a good multi. The guy at the store recommended mega man. has anybody tried these, if you have what do you think.

i've used them before and was very pleased with them. about the only product i would get from GNC

If thats the one that come in little packet with 14 different tablets in it...its crap. A multi-vitamin with 1 or 2 tablets to take is enough....they make Mega Man (or whatever it is) to make you think...the more tablets you are ingesting--the more aid it will provide.

What constitues it "being a good multi-vitamin"? Is there research? Is their cutomer satisfaction surveys? Or did you have a good bench the first day you took them?

By good multi, I meant that I got good results using the multi. The thing I noticed more than anything else was the stamina. Not so much, the research or customer satisfaction surveys.

Then if it's a good multivitamin... Why did you guys stop taking it? I myself perfer APEX multivitamins for the fact that they have 3 different type depending on your eatting habits... and I have tried all 3 and the one that worked the best was the profile 1 & 2 which was for people that liked carbs :D ...

My urine wasn't as dark or smelly so I knew I wasn't getting an excess of vitamins/minerals... Plus it's cheap... 3 month supply for only $22.00 :)

yea, its only one tablet you take. maybe two, i havent taken it for a few years now.

but i know those multi-pak deals out there. long time ago weider said his "anabolic mega paks" compared to steroids.

haha :p

The best multi I have ever taken or seen is called daily complete. It is a liquid multi, which is far superior already. Plus it gives you your greens, efa's, minerals, etc etc.

Things I noticed taking this multi were, waking up easier, falling asleep easier, softer, shinier hair, more energy, increased appetite. Only problem is it is hard to find, and costs about 45$ a month Canadian.
