Hello everybody,
Had a discussion with my friend over meat today..He said that animal meat (veal, beef, chicken), shouldn't be eaten more than 5 meals a week..
I, however, eat at least 1 pound of meat per day (in 2 meals or so) because I never really heard anything like that before and I like it very much..
He also mentioned that veal is especially bad because it has some harmful acids in it.
Personally,I think it's bogus, but what the hell, you just cannot tell between myths and facts nowadays
So, what's the truth?
