if you take in too much protein, your body will store it as fat. This is not a "the more the merrier" situation here. Stay withing the range of 1-1.5 grams per lb of body weight. Anything over that has a chance to get stored as fat.
For me, I have fish or chicken EVERY meal. I also have milk to get the carbs in. I eat lotsa bananas for carbs, and finish it off with seeds and or peanut butter for fat.
it all depends on how many calories you take in and how many of each of those items as well. I dont really think too much of the same thing is that great only because you WILL get sick of it. variety is the key to sticking to a diet
