Sport Meat Bulking

Sport Fitness
Do you think I could get a way with filling my self with meat (& Fish) every meal to bulk, or is that too un-healthy?

Sounds good to me if you can, but make sure you get all your other nutrients, too.

yeah, but dont go mad, for instance, dont eat a 12oz rump steak for every meal.

just work out how much protien you need and eat that. no point eatingmore protien than you can use.

if your bulking you need carbs to or you wont grow.

Bulking

So for an example, spaghetti and meatballs would a good meal for bulking because of the carbs, calories, and protein in the meatballs right?

if you take in too much protein, your body will store it as fat. This is not a "the more the merrier" situation here. Stay withing the range of 1-1.5 grams per lb of body weight. Anything over that has a chance to get stored as fat.

you can process protein better in through the body if eaten with carbs i think...not sure though someone might no about this?

For me, I have fish or chicken EVERY meal. I also have milk to get the carbs in. I eat lotsa bananas for carbs, and finish it off with seeds and or peanut butter for fat.

The main point is, protein alone is useless.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, if I had some meat or fish, and a banana with peanut butter every meal, it would be a good bulking diet, right?

it all depends on how many calories you take in and how many of each of those items as well. I dont really think too much of the same thing is that great only because you WILL get sick of it. variety is the key to sticking to a diet
