Weight-Loss Meals Advice???

My typical meals for the day...Ok or needs work?

Breakfast
1 Banana
1 Cup of Non Fat Yogurt with fruit
1 GNC Performance and Vitality Dietary Supplement

Mid Morning Snack
1 Apple
or 30 Baby Carrots

Lunch

Turkey or Ham Sandwich on Whole wheat
Individual container of Pringles

Mid Afternoon Snack

1 Apple
or 30 Baby Carrots

Dinner

Baked Chicken Breast
12 oz Valley Fresh Steamers microwave

or

Turkey or Ham Sandwich on Whole wheat
Campell's Chicken Gumbo or Chicken Noodle Soup

I also try to have about 2 to 3 cups of Green Tea and 6 glasses of water
 
Looks reasonable.

I'd take the time to enter it into a program like fitday or livestrong or whatever just so you can see how many calories you're consuming and what type of nutrition you're getting.
