I will be going on a 2-week vacation. Unfortunately, I will have very little time (if any) to work out, but I want to keep what muscle I have. I plan on doing pushups and sit-ups, but I'm concerned about my diet because we'll be going out a lot, and I won't be eating as often as I normally do. I was thinking of packing meal replacement packs and having one a day. If I do this, will I just "pack on the pounds"? The packs I have contain 45 grams of protein.
