I've been doing some research over the net for recipes for protein bars and i seem to come to a conclusion of a few key ingredients:
Scoops of protein (4-8)
Natural Peanut Butter
Oats
Milk
and perhaps cinnamon for taste.
I don't wish to make the recipes that includes the use of pudding, because of the gelatine.
Could i add some almond flakes and/or linseed to the batter?
Would this work? (i'll prolly get responses saying, try it)
8 scoops of protein powder
1/2 cup of Natural Peanut butter
3 cups of Oats
50-100g of Almond flakes and/or Linseed
I'll gladly take any advice on this, thanks.
This would be used for bulking. I could also possibly add eggs/whites to what i've suggested.
