Questions
I have some questions on what I should eat during the day. I am 6' 176. I have weights from 7-8 monday, wednesday, and friday, I have an athletic period which we do spring football in now from 230-330. I need an idea of what to eat. I need to drop weight and gain muscle to play wide reciever next year.
Bench-175

Again, I had huge improvements over last summer without any kind of supplements, I went up 55 pounds on bench over the summer last year, and up about 80 on squat just lifting and running by myself. Basically, this is what i have right now.
6-Wake up, have yogurt, pretzels, gatorade, and a multi-vitamin.
7-8- I lift as follows: 1. Bench 2. Lateral pulls/tricep ext. 3. Squat 4. Military/curls 5. Incline 6. Leg Ext/Leg Curls 7. Crunches/Shrugs
I got the brekfast meal from the gatorade website, then I have a protein shake afterwards.
Now my questions, I have lunch at 11. What should I eat at 11, 4, 8, and before bed?
