Just wondering if other people have a meal plan for the week if they would mind sharing it here. I love getting ideas for healthy new recipes.

If you read some member's diaries -you'llf ind they post their meal plans in them...

and this topic has been done before -mor ethan once -you might try searching
 
Ok. So do I search each thread topic before I post. I just thought present posting was a way to get to know other people and get information that is being used right now.

But no worries. If that's how it works here then I am happy to do that.

There are so many diaries. Guess I better get reading so I can get some more ideas.
 
Wants to loose your weight on diet? Do not kill yourself starving.

Several people have lost their lives trying to abstain from food.

DO THESE AND MELT YOUR WEIGHT

1 Ensure big break fast with alot of fruits and vegetables

2 Avoid in between meals snacks

3 Large morning meal prevents you from taking excessive food
during the day

4 Take your dinner early enough . Late dinner affects digestion
adverrsely.
