Sport meal plan, thoughts?

*middle of work (5pm)

*8:30-9 depening on digestion of dinner
**light cardio every night except lifting night/ no shake
**Every other day not doing cardio ill be lifting

(meals x2 are meals that i doubled the amount i eat during them to make up for original low number of cals)




so what do you experts think, is the amount good (kinda concerend if the carbs are to much but idunno whats good or not) also is the lifting late at night ok, I have a pretty tight schedule so that the only time, same goes for the mourning run. also is the protein and fat good? and does fat = calories cause if thats the case i need to rework portions.
