Weight-Loss Meal Plan- is it ok?

Hi guys im trying to lose about 25 LB, my start weight is 133. i am female and have a desk job, 23 years old and am only 5ft tall. Finding it very difficult to lose weight. Is the meal plan below ok? would you change or swap anything out? Any comments welcome, Im desperate.

Breakfast
-Omlette + veg
or
-Bran flakes + skimmed milk
or
-porridge

Snack
-plain yogurt

Lunch
Salad (lettuce,carrot, peppers, tomato) No dressing
chicken/tuna

Dinner
fish/chicken/ salad. Spinach brocoli
 
It doesn't look bad to me... but maybe you should consider strength training to put on a little muscle? It's denser than fat, so you'll look skinnier but you won't have to diet quite so hard if you can put on a little more muscle...
