Sport meal ideas

im male, 175, 6 ft, and 16 years old. i try to make healthy choices, but sometimes its hard to eat enough food in a day because im in high school and stuff. i was just wondering if you could give me some ideas for meals that i can make ahead of time and portion out, or a website that i can find some on. thanks
 
cook twice a week. a bunch of chicken breasts, and then steam rice.

divide into appropriate portion sizes and put into tupperware or Gladware.
toss in some veggies (NO potatoes) and then tote those around. All you need is a microwave.

or make protein waffles. my recipe is in the Recipes forum on this site.
 
is white rice ok? my trainer said that its not that big of a deal to eat white instead of brown. but that doesn't seem right to me
