Sport Meal before bedtime

Hi everyone,

I am still trying to fit 6 meals a day....i usually finish my dinner (meal 5) at about 730...is it necessary for me to have a 6th meal before bedtime? I usually go to bed around 1am and wake up around 9am....if it is necessary can you suggest some good meals/snacks before going to bed?

my goal is to tone and lose body fat and gain more muscle

I like protein powder mixed with natural peanut butter. I mix it together with water to form a paste, then put it in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Cottage cheese and peanut butter is good too. I usually try to get a protein/fat meal (since I work out in the afternoon, I taper my carbs off).
