Here is my pic, just started exercising with dumbells these past few weeks.

You can see my spikey shoulders, you see what I mean?

I need to put on some serious mass.

My shape isnt too bad I am just way too skinny.

I will post more pics in weeks/months to come and then eventually I will be posting this weedy picture again next to a different me and it will show the differences (hopefully)

btw i was just messing about copying and pasting images at the bottom right
 
I see what you mean, it doesn't look too bad. You just need to add some mass as you said. Good luck!:D
 
Hmm I am a little delayed at the moment, no work on at this moment in time, and therefore no money coming in.

So I cannot buy no protein shakes :(


I gotta keep eating! My motivation is to keep thinking about this summer going on holiday!
 
Agree with Xenth! Find some cheap protein. Hell, given your size, just find some cheap calories! But GOOD calories. Peanuts, cheeses, CHICKEN (very cheap but very good), etc etc.

yea, you maybe skinny but your body shape is good. Just eat whenever you get the slightest hungry..but don't force yourself. Up your food intake slowly each day until your stomach stretches more. Lots of protein..drink protein shakes too.
 
Yeah I do eat quite a bit more than I did a few months ago, My body has gotten used to getting hungry and eating every 3 - 4 hours.

Just waiting on some whey protein, creatine and some gainer stuff to come in the post, got my multivitamins and omega 3 and plenty of tuna and chicken!
