I am a 26-year old woman, 5'2 and I currently weight 170 lbs. I want to lose 50 lbs, but the most important thing to me is to take care of myself and feel good again. I am in the middle of a divorce and I work two jobs (away from home from 7:30am-10:30pm most days), so I am in need of advice on how I can get this done in a very efficient way. My divorce has not been as hard as it could have been, but I plan on spending the next year (at least) focusing on me and taking care of myself. I know that I have a very hard road ahead of me with my weight-loss goals, but I know I can do it. I just need some pointers on both exercising and dieting. I love food, so the more I can do with exercise, the better. Any advice is appreciated, I'm excited!

Hello!! Let me start by saying that I am not an expert AT ALL! But I do know, and I have learned over time that you cannot out-exercise your diet. If you do not have healthy eating habits it doesn't really matter how much you work out, they go hand-in-hand.

With that said, doesn't sound like you have a lot of time to exercise. I would suggest trying to fit some kind of activity into your routine.. If you get a lunch break maybe take half to walk. There are a lot of articles online about getting some sort of exercise with little time :) Google is your friend!
