Hi all I wanted to find a place where I can find tips and motivation. I am a 30 yr old mom of 2 and weight about 132 at 5'5.
My wt loss goal is about 7 to 10 lbs my over all goal is to gain tone and decrease body fat.
I would work out at home w/ chair squats hand weights etc but I wasnt very motivated so I joined the gym where I can have access to a varity to equitment.
So here I am and I am sure will will be hearing alot from me.
