Used to use another site but since they ' improved ' website ie made it a complete nightmare to use discussion boards etc im joining elsewhere to continue rambling about all things weights
I keep a bit of a blog which u may all find interesting ,think ive put on a bit of size since last pic there
was a fat pic of me in there too but server it was saved on has changed - will try and source it in future
