Sport Mcdonalds Deli choice rolls

Sport Fitness
Hey

anyway i was at my friends party and we went to mcdonalds and i hadnt eaten for six hours so i was starving so i decided to get a tandori chicken deli choice roll. AND BOY WAS IT NICE. It was so freakin nice. It was so nice i had to have another one. So anyway i had two. I thought they were pretty healthy as well. Not sure if any of you know but how healthy are they actually. What is its nutritional info e.g. fat, protein, carbs ect. To help i'll say what was in it. It had lettuce, tomato, tandori chicken, this really nice cucumba and yogurt sauce thing on a really nice roll ( sorry not sure what type of roll think it was wheat though). So is it ok to eat them or should i stay away from them.

If its mcdonalds its not good for you period. Want it as your cheat sometimes fine, but on a regular basis dont expect good results unless you have great genes. Having said that if you must have something at mcdonalds then that appears to be the better of somethings to get. And they aren't wheat whole grain.

Chicken Tandoori (excluding dressing) and being it is a cream dressing i would asume at least 100 extra cal or pure fat.
cal-280
pro-18.6
fat-4.4
carb-39.4

Mate this is the most coincidental posts i have ever seen in my life.I like you also care deeply about my nutrional content, yet don't know too much about whats a good amount of fat, proetien etc. I too was unable to get food yesterday and was forced to eat mcdonalds (for the first time in 5 years) and i too got 2 tandoori chicken rolls from there. I was also considering going on this site, and making a new thread about the nutriotinal value of these rolls.

I kid you not....

thats some weird ****

Well since it's from Mcdonalds it is obviously bad, just don't eat it everday and you'll be fine, I normally don't eat bad foods but once a month or so I'll have some egg rolls (friends mom makes them, deep fried :X) or some of those big muffins from Costco (Crazy things have like 1000 calories each...)
