McDonald's as building material?

Hi. Apparently I'm not getting bigger because I don't eat enough. Recently I got a job at McDonald's, and when I'm at work, I can pretty much eat as much as my heart desires. :) My question is, even though I know McDonalds is junk food (and probably taboo on a fitness forum), wouldn't it be helpful if I want to get bigger?

No!

Didn't you watch "Super Size Me?"

You're triglycerides will shoot through the roof. McD's is like cigerrettes. It may not kill you straight away, but it will eventually.

I'm not planning on only eating McD food, just in addition to regular meals, when working after a workout. Plus I'll be doing something instead of doing nothing, which the guy in supersize me did. ;) But I guess that's still the answer?

Now now, Cynic. That movie was a horrible representation of what eating fast food will do to a person. Granted, eating there daily isn't the best of ideas but hitting the golden arches once in awhile won't hurt you.

I'd say take your food most of the time and be smart about teh choices you eat while there.

Well it would help gain muscle. But you would put on 5x that in fat, and total your heart. Rather than eating there, use your money you make to buy good foods.

All the calories from that place are pure garbage. Avoid it at all costs and try to find a better solution for your bulking needs.
