Sport mayonnaise

quick question...is full fat mayonnaise ok to eat (50g per day) as part of my fat and calorie intake for bulking?

My other fat sources are almonds and flax seed oil.
 
It's prob better than low fat, because the low fat prob uses the worst kinds of oils to get that lower fat. Best if you make your own, use some egg yolks, extra virgin olive oil, some fresh basil. At least that way you know what's in it. It'll keep in the fridge for a week or two. Freezes OK.
 
Same here gooch. Some people think that bulking = eat anything and everything.

I wouldn't be worrying about getting enuf mayo to hit my fat intake goals...I'd just eat steak, nuts, salmon, fish oil caps, and egg yolks for any fat needed.
