Maybe this will help to motivate me

Ok, well I don't need to loose any weight, but I do want to get fit. However I can't go to a gymn as i'm broke. So I'm having to stick to work out at home. At the moment I have no partner to help motivate me and to push me harder. So I'm going to use this to keep myself on track and to help motivate me.

I don't just want to get fit. I want to get flexable and strong too.

Long term goals
  • To be able to run for 12 miles
  • To erradicate any un toned muscle
  • To gain a partner to excercise with
  • To be able to do a scorpian

I shall be adding more goals as I acheive some and as I feel the need to. Just to give you an idea of why I say that I don't want to loose weight, there is a picture of me at the bottom of this post.

Well, I too lack a fitness partner so maybe we can help each other out. :)

You anywhere near Dallas!? LOL I have no lack of motivation, so it would be cool to kick someone else's ass into gear lol.

I also am not trying to lose weight, just trying to get healthy thats all. I can't run because my left knee is a stupid wanker. But otherwise I can bike for a long time. Have you tried biking at all? It is really relaxing. and you actually feel like you'Re getting somewhere because...well ... you are.
hahaha....I am so amusing.

Well, There are LOTS of things you can do at home.
There is jumping rope ( don't know if you would enjoy it but its really good cardio)
there's calisthenics ( crunches, pushups, leg lifts, etc. are really good for toning up)
and there's walking, walking is good,good,good. Running is great ! But do it in moderation or you'll end up with a wanker leg like me :)

Have any kids?? If you don't , then you are FREE to do whatever you want whenever girl so no excuses!!!

Me, I have 2 and I still make time though. You should listen to the others on here , I am just trying to say hello and get acquainted I guess :p

But I like your picture!! You are really PRETTY!! and love the glasses *wink*

So to tone up, I suggest you just find some things you really enjoy and just have fun and get toned at the same time! Sports are always good, or just plain ol' stayin' off the couch and being active works great for some people. Just don't give up before you get started is my advice.
