ok, well...(serious Q) does Caffeine Free Coke realy have 0...none...notta, caffene? like...i know hoe some foods claim to be "___" free's but arnt reaaly as pure as they lead on. thanks

It can label 0 or "free" if it contains .5 grams or less (of whatever) per serving...

So technically it may contain a trivial amount. In which case, there would be no reason to fret over it anyway.

I dont think that is the case with things like caffeine though. Regular coke has only 34 milligrams of caffeine in it, and thats not caffeine free. If something had more than .5 grams of caffeine you would probably have a heart attack!

Caffeine is added to soda in its pure form. It's not like decaf coffee where there is still a tiny amount left over. They would have no reason to add any caffeine to the soda. I don't think you have to worry.

Haha, your right amp. Posted without much thought there. While the .5grams or less can be labeled as "free" or "none" for macros, that doesn't hold true for caffeine. Regardless, if it is said to be "free" or no caffeine. It still means there is a trivial amount that is not thought to bring about any physiological affect.

Let's all just drink water, like we're designed to do. Try it, you will like it.
