Hello everyone,
anyone wanna post their exp in the coming mth My goal is to lose 3- 5 lbs per week..

May 5- 195
1st week -- warm up phase
May 13 ( approx 192)
2nd Have to make sure that i wont eat anything outside.. total veggie
may 21 ( approx 188)
3rd week -- prepare for final cruise
May 27 ( approx 185)
4th week --- go for the killl
June 3 ( approx 180)

i would keeping my cal intake to 800 cal/day


lets join the fight aganist obesity.. keep urself cool in summer with low fat diet.
 
This is a challenge for May to loose 3-5 lbs a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 20 lb in a month, maybe more!

Losing that many pounds for most people is unhealthy. So is eating 800 calories.

I'm not in :)
 
3 - 5 lbs a week is unhealthy for the majority of people - 1 percent is what you want to shoot for...

We cannot support a challenge that encourages people to be unhealthy, that's not what this forum is about.
