HI EVERYONE!

I've been waiting for someone to start a May Challenge thread so now I'm just gonna do it myself!

Copied from the March and April Challenge though...

Let's try to lose 1 percent of our body weight a week for the month of May!

Feel free to change the weigh-in dates to suit your needs.
Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can!

Copy & paste to your own post and update it weekly.

May 7 = 277.6 pounds
May 14 = 280.2 (my last reading, after last Friday had me up to 281.6, but since than I have totally changed the way I eat. I am only eating fruit instead of the junk food. And I have started walking and will be joining Curves in July, because in summer heat I tend to stay inside and not go for the long walks. So I am hoping my next weigh in, which will be next Friday will be better. Congrats to everyone else for your hard work!!!!!!!

Last couple of weeks have been stressful in so many ways. On May 1st I weighed in at 164.8, I had gained like 3 lbs from the week before (finals, personal problems etc etc = overeating, not exercising)

Today 9 days later I already lost 5 lbs! Good start for MAY!! :)
