Welcome to the May challenge. Same principle as April, just lose what you want, post when you want. Aim for 7lbs as a guide. Together we can make it happen.

Well - I didnt manage 7 pounds in April. On 1st April I was however 5.4 pounds heavier than I am today - and my weightloss was going fine until I had emergency surgery which initially gave me an eight pound gain!!!

On the whole I worked hard and am pleased to be lighter than I was a month ago.

01 May = 10st 05.6lbs i.e. 145.6 pounds.
 
I am in. Though my actual mini goal for this month is 5 pounds not 7 I will give it a go!

I am in. I'm hoping for 2 pounds a week...I'm glad I finally get to be in challenges, LOL. I never managed to catch one when it just started.

i would love to give this one a go! i currently weigh 19stone 11lbs (277lbs). if i manage to lose 7lbs in this challenge i will be 19st 4lbs (270lbs) and under my first goal weight which would be really lovely!
 
02/05/2008 i weighed myself this morning and i have lost 1lb so iam now 19stone 10lbs (276lbs)
 
My mini goal is to beat last month's weigh loss. It was 2.7 lbs. Hopefully, since this is a month before summer really hits, it will be a motivating month. We'll see!!

09/05/2008 i weighed myself this morning an i have lost 2lbs i now weigh 19st 8lbs (274lbs) so far this month i have lost 3lbs, 4lbs to go! i am also 1lb away from my first goal weight
 
15/05/08 i weighed myself this morning and iam down another lb i now currently weigh 19st 7lbs (273lbs) and i have reached my first target weight

4lbs down 3lb to go
 
18/05/2008 weighed in this morning at 19st 6lbs (273lbs) which means that i have lost another pound which it excellent as iam now 6lbs away from my secong goal weight!

5lb down, 2lb to go :) i know that i can do this! even if i lose 1lb a week that will still bring me in as losing 7lb for may!

I can and i will do this!
 
OMG I forgot I joined this challenge :blush5: I saw it in my list of suscribed threads and i was like....when :confused: so sorry!!!! I have been so busy I am surprised I remember where i live!! I lost 2 pounds so far this month :D but the month is still young ;)

Yeah.. I've been doing more at work, I cook at Sonic, and I've been doing small exercises throughout the day, eating more often, but lighter meals, and drinking less soda... Heh, now the thing is, loose the last three, and keep them off, thats where my problem is, keeping it off.

May 21 ~ 169lbs (awe +3... 6lbs to go)

May 23 ~ 165lbs (Yea, -4, -5 total... 2lbs to go)

I usually measure every other day.... And thank you, Pink Clouds, Its encouraging to hear that somebody thinks you'll make it... I hope you make your goal ^.^..
