Probably seen some of my threads
Im trying to gain muscle, and put weight on, but in lean muscle not fat!
Im just wondering what is the best supplement for me?
I big time think that, im only getting about 0.9g of protein per pound a day, which isnt good!
I can buy anytype of protein, as long as it costs no more than £35 a month!
So what do you suggest? I was thinking maybe maximuscle progain extreme, maximuscle promax extreme, or cheap whey protein? I am currently using Maximsucle progain, and i put on 3 lbs in a week, i use it once a day, but i still dont feel that i am getting enough proteins, so what do you guys feel is the best supplement for me to use to gain muscle size?
Heres my normal week, and workout:
Monday: Hard Gainer - Gym
Tuesday: Rugby Practice
Wednesday: Snooker
Thursday: Rugby
Friday: Hard Gainer - Gym
Staurday: --
Sunday: Rugby Match
And workout:
(4 sets of 6 on everything)
Benchpress
Deadlifts
Millitary press dumbells
Squats
Tricep dips (one set of max reps)
Bicep curls
Dumball bench press
Seated rows
Calve raises
Peck deck
