Maximuscle Pro Aminos protein tablets

I'm looking to gain some weight and was wondering if taking a few after each workout will help, i'm a healthy eater and have started eating more calories (i wasn't getting enough daily no i'm at around 2400 (im 20 and weigh 160lbs)
 
skip them. amino acids are the building blocks for protein. if you're eating enough lean protein from a variety of sources, you don't need to supplement with amino acid tablets or BCAA powders.

Really the average person who likes to workout just doesn't work the body hard enough to develop deficiencies as long a you're eating "right" (which is the tricky part to learn)
