Maximum Calories.

hello all,


Im getting closer to my 180 goal and im just wanted to know some advice.

Ive been using the crosstrainer and treadmill and have been using the manual option and slowly increasing it over time.

I wanted to know if the fat burning option was really any better then choosing manual and increasing it myself.
