Well I thought I'd start one, outlining my progress with pictures and describing my routines.

Age: 16 Years Old
Weight: 140 Lbs, 63.5 Kgs
Height: Approximately 6ft0inch, 180cm
BMR: 1685

Daily Workout:

Generally Done from 8 PM onwards:
Sit-ups: 200, 50 at a time, 4 times.
Push-ups: 100, 25 at a time, 4 times.
Ten Lbs Weight Right Arm: 100, 25 at a time, 4 times.
Ten Lbs Weight Left Arm: 100, 25 at a time, 4 times.
Chair Weighing Approximately 15 Lbs Both Arms: 100, 25 at a time, 4 times.
Squats while Holding approximately 15 Lbs: 100, 25 at a time, 4 times.
Left Leg lift with approximately 10 lbs weight: 50, 25 a time, 2 times.
Right Leg lift with approximately 10 lbs weight: 50, 25 a time, 2 times.
Swimming Laps in 15 Meter pool, for approximately 10-20 minutes.
Average Daily Diet:

Approximately from 1.600 to 1.800 Calories.
- No Soda/Pop or Icecream and similar foods.
- 1.5 or more Litres of Water, Daily.
- 2 Cups of Green Tea, Daily.

Today's Eating:

Breakfast: Two Slices of Bread with Vegimite and half a glass of orange juice.

Morning Tea: One Chocolate Teddy.

Lunch: Apricot and Nut Roll.

Dinner: Three Skinless Sausages with Spicy Tomato Sauce, Half a cut up apple, and about a fist and a half of orso(spelling?, its the pasta like rice.)
